本研究運用 R 建立和處理資料庫,對臺北市幼稚園的整體佈局進行了空間分析,包括網點分佈、緩衝區分析和 密度分析,並在此基礎上分析幼稚園之空間分佈與地理環境、人口分佈之間的關聯,比較不同區域學前育資源的利用情 況。結果顯示,目前臺北市公、私立幼稚園之空間分佈較均衡,機構服務範圍能實現全覆蓋,但重疊覆蓋度超標,資源利 用率較低,建議幼機構改革通過合併調整適當減少覆蓋度過高轄區的幼稚園以優化資源配置。
This study used R to establish and deal with a database, conducted spatial analysis of the layout of kindergartens in Taipei, including network distribution, buffer analysis and density analysis. On this basis, this study analyzed the relationship between the spatial distribution of kindergartens and the geographical environment and population distribution in Taipei, then compared the utilization of preschool education resources in different regions. The results show that the spatial distribution of public and private kindergartens in Taipei is relatively balanced, the scope of institutional services can achieve full coverage, but the overlapping coverage exceeds the standard, resulting in low resource utilization. It is suggested that the reform of preschool education needs to optimize resource allocation by merging adjustments to reduce the number of kindergartens in over-covered region.
